New Blog: That One Layer Mixed Media Girl
In my other life, I’m a ghostwriter, an editor, the author of several books on journaling, an email course developer, and software creator. I'm an art/craft junkie the rest of the time. Before making the leap to the wonderful world of paper crafting and blogging about my cards in July 2013, I have been running my online businesses since 1997 and offering services (content writing/editing, ghostwriting, copywriting, web design/development) to businesses all over the world. I'm a mixed media girl who has fallen in love with card-making and I love fusing my favorite styles: one layers, clean-and-simple, and mixed media. I am happiest when my fingers are inky, sticky, and stained. I’ve been married to my best friend, a super wonderful man, since 2004 and we live in Central California with our two German shepherds and feisty cat.

Although I've been crafting ever since I discovered how to attach glitter to paper, I just recently started blogging. The amazing, supportive crafty community I've found on the web has been beyond inspiring! My cards are very eclectic - I love all things vintage and distressed, but also find immense happiness when I come across a great punny stamp set. My favorite way to create cards is by layering and incorporating mixed media. No matter what aesthetic I feel like working in, almost all of my designs will be saturated in color or filled with texture. STAMPlorations was one of the first challenges I ever participated in. I love the sketchy designs and the way you can mix and match stamps from different sets. The Sentiment Builders are the neatest thing since sliced bread! In "real life" I look for grants and scholarships for rural healthcare organizations and professionals across the nation. I love being able to help and encourage people, both through my work and creative life. I look forward to meeting new bloggy friends and joining the talented STAMPlorations team!

Blog: Stempel Spass
Hi, my name is Cornelia. It was my sister who got me into stamping about 3 years ago, but I got totally hooked a little over a year ago, when I started blogging. I went all out: took some classes, spent countless hours on the internet getting inspired and learning from all the skilled card-makers that are out there. I started dreaming about cards! My style is mainly CAS, but I like to experiment at times and dabble in different styles. Other than that, when I am not working full time (my career is in the medical profession) or making cards, I enjoy cooking, baking and the outdoors. I am German (hence my blog name Stempel Spass, which means "fun stamping"). I have been living in the US now for 22 years, being married for 23 years, and I have two gorgeous children, aged 21 and 12 years.

Blog: Dee's Art Utopia
Hi! I am from India and moved to Cleveland, Ohio after marrying my dear husband in 2011. My hobby used to be sketching prior to paper crafting. It all started with making some new year cards for family in 2013, to Pinterest, to Paper crafting magazine and finally to the wonderful world of blogging... I have been hooked ever since and to be precise I have been making cards for 18 months now. All the rest of my hobbies have taken a back seat LOL! My crafting style is CAS and what makes my cards unique is that I always try to make my designs meaningful. Besides card-making, I often try my hands on canvas paintings, pastels and pencil sketches. In my free time you will find me watching thriller series/movies ;) You name it and I must have seen it! I am so thankful to Shery for putting her faith in me and bringing me on board :) I hope I will be able to inspire you.

Blog: Crafted by Jules
Hi, I'm Julie, a retired Primary Teacher and craftaholic! My husband and I have recently moved down to the rural idyll that is Shropshire in England. He has finally taken partial retirement after I had to give up work due to ill health 8 years ago. To keep me sane when I couldn't do much else, I started to make cards and paint while he converted the barn we now live in; he even made me my own craft room. Craft of some sort has always been close to my heart since I was a little girl and I've tried lots of different things but most recently quilting and card making are my main focus. I started blogging in July 2013 mainly to keep a record of my makes as well as a platform to enter challenges as I am very competitive! I discovered STAMPlorations quite recently and fell in love with the flower stamps especially. Those with good memories will remember I had a GD spot for the December sketch challenge and I am also on a couple of other DTs. My style is quite pared down quite CAS but I do like diecuts as well as colouring stamped images in Copics and watercolours. I can't wait to get creative with you here at STAMPlorations.

Guten Tag, I'm Maria and I'm an American gal living in Germany - came for a job, stayed for a guy! I have two teenagers, two rabbits and recently added a dog to the family. I've always loved to make things and thought I'd attempt scrapbooking a few years ago. But I got detoured by cardmaking - the smaller canvas is less intimidating - and even started blogging about two years ago. I love challenges and submitting for publications. You can check out my work on my blog. Stamps, inks, dies and blog friends have become a big part of my life. I'm excited to join the super-talented team at STAMPlorations and look forward to STAMPloring the world of Shery's stamps!

Hi, I am Monika. Paper crafting, especially card making, has been a passion of mine since I decided one year to make my own Christmas cards. Far from it being a one off event it has lasted for about 10 years now. Whilst at heart I am a stamper, I also love to explore different products and techniques to make cards, boxes, mini books and projects for home décor. I like to share my skills with others through running crafting classes, sending projects I made to magazines (some of which have been published), entering competitions and blogging. Apart from crafting I love cycling, going for walks and days out in North Wales, and watching films in my local cinema. I am married to Nick and live in Hoylake on the Wirral.

Blog: Granne
I’m a Finnish mother of two lovely daughters (and “mommy” for a little bunny with big ears). I have been crafting about four years now and I'm absolutely loving it. I have no special style in my cards; I like to try different things and styles. Stamps, digi stamps, 3Ds and ready pictures; CAS, vintage, fun, scary – I like to do them all. Just can’t make my mind which is my fave, but I do know I’m happy when I'm crafting!

I’m Shirley and I love playing with stamps and inks and card. I love the versatility and flexibility of using stamps to create a project that can be as simple or elaborate as I like. I’m especially happy when I’m adding Distress Inks into the mix. I do CAS, I do messy, and sometimes I do messy CAS! I’m fortunate to have retired early, so I get to play often, but importantly I get to help my aged parents. I’m even more fortunate that my dear husband likes to do all the cooking. He’s definitely a keeper! We live in a beautiful village in north-west England. Our two grown-up sons have flown the nest and both are currently living in Melbourne, Australia - they couldn’t have flown much further!

Hi my name is Vicki Dutcher and I have been stamping for about 20 years. I started [as most] by going to a SU party and was hooked from there! I played in stamping until I found SCS about 6 years ago. Once I had that resource, my stamping took off! Hence the blog name All I Do Is Stamp. I even brought in a housekeeper, as my house was not getting cleaned [by me]. I live in fabulous Arizona with my DH of 25 years, and my 19-year-old son is currently in Japan [for 8 months] in the Navy. I love this hobby, and I am thrilled to be on STAMPlorations Team!

Hi, my name is Wei Wei. I come from Taiwan (R.O.C.).It was my mom who got me into stamping when I was a 10 year-old girl, but I got totally hooked about one year ago. By day I am a social worker, and by night I am a cardmaking enthusiast. I love learning new techniques and I also enjoy to browse other talented and thoughtful crafters' blog. Because of cardmaking, I meet lots of good friends and my life is full of happiness!
