If you play along (you must use a never-before-used-schtuff item in your project, of course!), you could be the lucky winner of a $25 gift certificate from STAMPlorations. If you've been following our blog, you know that we've been releasing some awesome stamps every week. It's going to get better -- because we have four (4) holiday themed stamps we're releasing every Wednesday beginning next week. You'll have lots to choose from for sure :o)
I'm excited to be part of NBUS #5 and when I had 30 minutes to myself yesterday, I went to my temporary craft table in the living room and played. (Hubby, MIL, and my mom teamed up yesterday afternoon in taking care of my little Kathryn so I could rest and do something to relax for an hour or two.)
I've got two NBUS items in my quickie one layer card: Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor set and the upcoming October/November stamp club set, Mixed Media Elements. I placed the Old Rose Prints stencil on the card base and then watercolored the roses. Next I stamped the French script and dotty grunge border, as well as the scribble scallop border from Artsy Border Maker over the roses. I finished the card by stamping the sentiment from the Bold Sentiments: Journey set.
In addition to the $25 gift certificate I'm donating to NBUS #5, I'd like to give one crafter a prize for commenting on this post.
So just leave a comment on this post by September 18 and one randomly drawn commenter will win her choice of 4x6 stamp set from the shop. There are 28 sets to pick from with at least 4 more new sets to be added over the next couple of weeks!
STAMPlorations products I used in my card:
Old Rose Prints stencil
Mixed Media Elements
5x7 October/November 2015 stamp club set
(available to stamp club subscribers beginning September 20; available to non-stamp subscribers beginning October 1)
Artsy Border Maker 4x6 stamp set
Bold Sentiments: Journey 3x5 stamp set
Have fun!
