Who turned up the speed on the calendar? Is it really already December? My Dad has always said, the older you get, the faster time flies. Yep. We've officially turned the page on December. Welcome to the December edition of CASEplorations. Visions of sugar plums dancing in your head yet?

You cannot have missed how coffee and everything coffee-related is currently ruling the cardmaking world? Maybe you remember this card from a guest designer at STAMPlorations a year ago?

It's from the energizer bunny herself, none other than the fabulous Amy Tsuruta of Tsuruta Designs! I'm pretty sure she runs on caffeine, not batteries, but that gal is all over the place with her cheerful creations. She works wonders with patterned papers over at Reverse Confetti. And she wields a wicked stamp too, over at Neat and Tangled and most recently, Hero Arts. Always creating a simple and striking design. Like in her CASE of herself below.

Coffee, blue/kraft, repetitive patterns. You can recognize Amy's elements in all the DT cards, yet they are all different. Isn't it fun to see the different approaches to CASEing?
