{Spotlight Project} Create a Window with Deepti!

Hello friends! Deepti here and welcome to another spotlight feature. Today I am sharing how to create a window as a part of sentiment. I used two stamp club sets, Born to Roam (April/May 2016) and Sketchy Alphabet (February/March 2016) for my project. So, here's a look at the finished card. 

Step 1 - I started out by adhering a patterned paper with a nautical theme on my card base. I was lucky to have just the right paper ;) you can always choose stripes for a nautical card :)

Step 2 - Next I arranged the stamps and dies on the card to see where I would want my window.

Step 3 - I then cut out the window and marked the circle guideline on the inside of the card. I then stamped the ship on the inside. 

Step 4 - I stamped the alphabets on patterned paper, fuzzy cut these and adhered them on the card base to make my sentiment AHOY, I also added acetate on the window. Finally I colored the Ship with Prisma color pencils :)
