{Spotlight Project} Cornelia Needs More Christmas Cards

Hi, Cornelia here today making Christmas cards. To my big dismay I ran out of cards before I even sent some off. Now I need a LOT more. And what is better than mass production at those dire times ;)

Lets get started:
Used watercolor paper and sprinkled Brushos on it:

Spritzed generously with water:

Added more water with a brush

until it looked like this:

Dried it with my heat gun - but of course you could let it air dry.
That is the paper I used - it comes in a block with the sides glues together, so it does not warp at all - genius!

And here it is dry (not sure how the background all of a sudden turned yellow...)

Took some Christmas stamps and my Misti and stamped them on to white card stock.

Used the matching dies to cut them

No need to color, as your background already is colored.

Die cut the background paper with the stitched die and added various adornments to my cards:

My pile is slowly growing again!

My STAMPlorations supplies:

Go and work on those Christmas cards!
Happy Holidays to all of you and thank you for stepping by and taking time to visit me!

  1. Love these cards! The colourful background is the perfect canvas for these images (which I'm also 100% smitten with!)...
