Hello, STAMPlorations friends! I and 11 other STAMPgirls are participating in the "It's A Girl Thing" Turner Syndrome Awareness Inaugural Blog Hop that starts today and runs until February 7.
Turner Syndrome is a genetic disorder where a female is born with only one X chromosome, instead of two, leaving her with life-long medical issues and learning disabilities. This condition occurs one in 2,500 female births worldwide, but is more common among pregnancies that do not survive to full term. That is why Turner Syndrome Females are considered MIRACLES!
For this awesome hop, 19 caring sponsors and 11 DT members have come together to bring Turner Syndrome Awareness to the Public. For details on how you might win any of these fabulous prizes, please see Lori's TS home page.
For this hop, STAMPlorations is giving away a $25 coupon code (gift voucher) to spend on the STAMPlorations store. And be sure you scroll down to the end of this post, as I have an extra prize. You only need to answer a very simple question to be included in the random draw.

ReplyDeleteThe answer to your question is easy for me - my Mom! My Mom is my best friend. I can always count on her, always talk to her, and she's always there for me. She is honest, wise, uplifting, funny, always seems to understand what I'm going through, and always gives meaningful advice. No one else in my life has ever come close to being the inspiration she has been to me. I'm so grateful that she's still in this world because I don't know what I would ever do without her. Thanks for reminding me how much I love and appreciate my Mom!
WOW amazing cards and so beautifully created with all the happy colors!! The most amazing woman in my life is my Mom, but sadly I lost her on Oct 5th...not a day goes by I don't want to rush to the phone to talk to her...I miss her so much!!

ReplyDeleteI little over a year ago, I would've said my Mom is the most amazing woman in my life, but sadly she passed away. But everything she taught me is still a part of me and I follow her teachings every day. She grew up in foster care in the 40's and had it very rough. So to be such a beautiful mother, in spite of that, is totally amazing.
