Hello, STAMPlorations friends! There's a new challenge up at Time Out Challenges that STAMPlorations is sponsoring. It's an extra special challenge because Time Out is celebrating its 5th birthday! TO boss Sandie does a phenomenally awesome job -- so even if you don't get to play, I hope you'll pop by on the blog to give her a big shout out :o)
A $50 gift voucher to the STAMPlorations store awaits the lucky winner. And just for our regular readers and followers, I have THREE (3) extra prizes for those of you who play in the challenge and comment on this post so make sure you scroll down to the end for the complete details :o)

For the next couple of weeks, it's an Inspired by Words challenge. Pretty simple: create a project based on this line: Hugs, kisses and a lot of birthday wishes.
For my card, I went with the obvious -- a birthday card in my usual one layer artsy, grungy style using my favorite coloring technique aka Shery's Lazy Way to Color. I stamped the blooms (In Bloom: Fancy Frangipanis) and then sponged some yellow and orange DOx inks through the stained glass stencil. Then I "colored" the frangipanis with various splatters and grunge stamps (Art Marks) then added faux texture on the background (Mixed Media Grunge, Butterfly Row). Finished the card with the sentiment from Birthday Bash.
Check out the cards that the TO team made here and then come play with us! The winner (voted by the design team) will receive a $50 coupon code (gift voucher) to spend on the STAMPlorations store.
And I have extra prizes up for grabs: THREE (3) $15 coupon codes (gift vouchers) for those of you who play and comment on this post. To qualify, you must do these two things:
- create a project and link it up to the TO birthday post, and
- come back to this post -- comment that you have played and let me know your entry #
That's it! The challenge closes on March 27 so you have two weeks to play. I'll leave the commenting open until March 31, and the three winners will be announced in the March winners post on April 10 here on the blog.
Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to smile :o)
PS: We're doing some spring cleaning in the store! All stamps and dies (except for those in the New Release section) are 30% off with the code SPRING2019! Use the code as many times as you want throughout the month. There are over 590 qualifying items!
PPS: Mention "Time Out" in your notes when you order (or reply to the order confirmation) and I'll include a free word die with your order (I'll pick this at random; valued up to $10). Limit one free word die per customer.
