{Throwback Thursday} Beautiful Stenciled CAS Cards by Helen

Hey, STAMPlorations friends! Welcome to another Throwback Thursday post. On the last Thursday of the month, the STAMPgirls will be sharing new projects inspired by a previous STAMPlorations project...either one they made themselves or made by another STAMPgirl. And every month, we'll draw one lucky crafter to win a $15 gift code -- randomly drawn from all comments left on the Throwback Thursday post for the month, as well as from the featured designer's blog.

Today STAMPgirl Helen shares her creative takes inspired by a past project and using various STAMPlorations products.

Hello everyone... First of all... Happy Holidays to you all! I hope you all have a fabulous and wonderful celebrations with your family. Today, I am back with these stenciled CAS cards for this month Throwback Thursday feature post.

I was inspired by the stenciled background and the CAS design from this card that I made back on February 3, 2017 using Crisscrossed stencil, Color Blooms coloring book, and Kathryn’s Big Wishes stamp set.

The Throwback Card

On all three of the cards, I used the Sketchy Coffee Cups stamp set that I simply stamped the cups on white cardstock with VersaFine Onyx Black and fussy cut them with scissors. I used the Just Everyday Greetings Clear Stickers for the sentiment. I added each sticker on a white cardstock and strimmed it into sentiment strip.

Card #1 - Hello, Beautiful

On this first card, I used the Make Marks 1 stencil. I added the Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Ink on the white cardstock with blending brush and then I trimmed it smaller than the A2 card. I added it on top of the white card with E-Z Grand Runner.

Card #2 - Happy Birthday

For this second card, I used the Make Marks 4 stencil. And, I added the Faded Jeans Distress Oxide Ink on the white cardstock with blending brush and then I trimmed it smaller than the A2 card. I added it on top of the white card with E-Z Grand Runner.

Card #3 - Congratulations

Finally, for the third card, I used the Make Marks 6 stencil. I added the Broken China Distress Oxide Ink on another white cardstock with blending brush and then I trimmed it smaller than the A2 card. I added it on top of the white card with E-Z Grand Runner.

I added the cups on each card with permanent dries-clear adhesive glue, then I added each sentiment on the card with 3D foam tape. I embellished all three cards with similar colors sequins that I had in my stash.
