{Spotlight Project} Christmas Trio With Deepti

Hello friends! Deepti here and welcome to my Spotlight feature. I am always thinking about making simple, quick and easy to mail cards. Christmas is one of those times when I like to have simple and flat one layer cards that can easily be sent :) The Christmas Typografia stamps come in handy for these kind of cards and on top of that I just love these stamps :) I think they are a must have! Let me show you what I made...

Here's a step by step photo tutorial to showcase the process of making the cards, I am sharing one of the card tutorials, I followed the same process for the other two.

Step 1 - Cut out watercolor panels and picked the three Typografia stamps I wanted to work with

Step 2 - I stamped the sentiment in black

Step 3 - Added a few drops of Distress inks from refills, sprayed with mini mister and dabbed the panel on top of it. Repeated the process until I was happy with the result I got.

Step 4 - Once dried, I partially stenciled the background using similar shade of Distress Oxide ink. I picked oxide ink as I think it sits on top of inked panel and wont merge with the background :)

Finally I adhered this panel on card base :)
