{Throwback Thursday} Quick Card Front and ATC Ephemera Inspired Cards By Stephanie
Here's Stephanie with her projects:
Greetings and happy Thursday! I am thrilled to be here today with my first of three guest designer posts for Throwback Thursday. My Throwback inspiration is a gorgeous card created by STAMPlorations owner, designer, and artist extraordinaire Shery Russ, featuring new products: Spring Florals A2 Card Fronts and Powerful Women ATC - Ephemera.
The Throwback Card
These products come together super quickly and easily resulting in beautiful makes in very little time.
Here is how Shery's card inspired me:
Project 1:
The card front was trimmed and adhered to a white card base. I matted the ATC with burgundy card stock, adhered it to the cover, and my card was complete. Easy peasy, and oh so pretty!
*****
Project 2:
I used a sage card base and mat, making the mat for the ATC a bit bigger, to make it stand out more. This time I popped up the ATC with fun foam. Another beautiful make in record time!
*****
Project 3:
This card features another beautiful floral card topped with a
Bloomtangled #2 Cover Plate Die cut. The Ephemera ATC is lightly stenciled with Tattered Rose DO ink using the Old Rose Prints Mini Stencil, dragged the edges of the ATC over a VersaMark ink pad, and dipped them in Rose Gold embossing powder to highlight the edges and provide some contrast.
I popped the ATC up with fun foam, adhered to the card and my project was complete.
I had so much from using these new products and mixing in some older ones. A huge THANK YOU to Shery for being so incredibly inspiring, and for inviting me to guest design for Throwback Thursday. You can link to my blog to view my Throwback Thursday post HERE.
I will be back on July 15th with a new Throwback Thursday post. Until then, happy crafting!
