{Spotlight Project} Maria Makes A Christmas Card 4fer

Hello there STAMP friends! Time to crank out those Christmas cards, right? And how about use up a little PP stash in the process? I've got a 4fer fer you today. SO easy. You can thank me later ;)

This is one of the four cards I created in no time.

STEP 1

Gather supplies - Christmas patterned paper (I used a pad of coordinating papers plus a sheet of music), a die for your front panel (Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle), a tag die (Luggage Tags) and a die for your focal image (Two Reindeer and Christmas Icons Nativity and Angel). You could use a stamp for a sentiment but I chose the new Christmas Sentiments dies.

STEP 2

I selected my four papers, using the front panel die as a guide to see if I liked the combo of papers.

STEP 3

I die cut a front panel from each of the four PP. Also die cut four tags from glitter CS and four focal images from white CS.

STEP 4

Cut each of the panels in half vertically and horizontally. TIP: Keep the cut panels in neat piles so you don't have to puzzle top/bottom/left/right edge together later.

STEP 5

I arranged the cut panels on four cardbases then adhered them with tape runner.

STEP 6

I added the focal images to the tags. Then I added a little piece of baker's twine to each tag before adhering them to the cards with foam tape.

STEP 7

The last step was to add a sentiment. I die cut the sentiments from the scraps left from tag and focal image cutting. Chose white for the two Noels so they would show up better. Easy. SO easy. I bet it took me less than half an hour to make four cards!!! But definitely Christmas-y, don't ya think?
