{Spotlight Project} Shirley Plays With Rainbow Colour Blocking

Hi peeps, this week I'm playing with rainbows. I made a couple of cards (one of which was my Inspiration post yesterday, and the other you'll see on my blog tomorrow), then decided to make a couple of ATCs using the same technique.
