{Mixed Media Tutorial} Fun Stencil and Gel Plate Technique with MariLynn

MariLynn here with a really fun technique that I learned recently and I have been having so much fun I want to share with you. Of course it starts with my gel plate. (How I crafted before my gel plate I don't know. I have so much fun with it.)

I placed my Bold Florals mini stencil on top of my gel plate.

May Challenges Extra Projects -- Have You Played Yet?

Hello, fantastic and fabulous STAMPy and ARTsy friends! Welcome to your mid-May challenge reminder and additional inspiration post. Thank you to all of you who have already supported our challenges and shared your creativity with us this month. If you haven't had a chance to play along yet, there is no time like the present to do so.  As always, our design team have created new gorgeous projects to inspire you to play along with our challenges. Why not pick a challenge that you wouldn't normally play along with? If you go outside your comfort zone you might discover something new and exciting. Maybe you usually only do CAS. Why not try Mixed Media? Or if you have never created a tag, make one in May! We can't wait to see what artistic creations you come up with.

{Spotlight Project} Shirley Makes Poinsettias With Bloomdala Bliss

Hey peeps!  I was looking at the Bloomdala Bliss stamp set, and one of the images reminded me of a poinsettia.  I still have my Christmas poinsettia plant which refuses to give in (despite me rather than because of me!) so I thought I'd make a Christmas card in its honour.
