Happy Sunday, STAMPlorations friends! It's time for some stencil inspiration. You'll get to see projects that show off how to creatively use ARTplorations stencils. And each month, we'll pick one winner of a $15 gift code -- the winner will be drawn from all comments left on the Stencil Sunday posts for the month, as well as from the designers' blogs.
STAMPgirl Monica took one of our Christmas stencils to create a couple of quick holiday cards.
Here's Monica with her projects:
Hi everyone! I am excited to be featured this month for our Stencil Sunday Series. With it being December and so close to Christmas, I decided to create a couple of very simple Christmas cards using the Christmas Trees stencil.
I added lucky clover Distress Oxide Ink to white texture paste to get a nice green color for my trees.
Once I was happy with the color, I used a pallet knife to spread the texture paste through the stencil.
Green Glitter washi tape was a nice addition to the bottom of the card stock.
I stamped a sentiment on the top as well as under the tree using the Hello Christmas stamp set. I used coordinating green ink for my sentiments.
I finished off the card by layering it onto some Green card stock and adding it to a white card base.
You can find more details over on my blog Taylormadecards4u.

Simple but effective Christmas cards, aren't they? For a chance to win a $15 gift code to the STAMPlorations store, leave a comment here and on Monica's blog by January 8. We'll announce the winner in the December winners post on January 10.
Did you enjoy today's featured post? Monica will be back in two weeks for two more awesome projects so check back here then :o)
