Hi, all! It's Vicki here today showing you how to easily color embossing paste.
Here is the finished card:
To make this card, you will need the following products:
Stamps: Trendy Leaves, Holiday Sketches: Christmas Candles
Inks: Memento Bamboo Leaves, Memento New Sprout, Ranger Archival Jet Black
Misc.: stencil, embossing paste, spatula, glitter, craft work sheet
STEP 1
Stamp the leaf background
STEP 2
To color embossing paste, smear colored ink on craft sheet. (Sorry, the ink is a light color so it barely shows in the photo.)
STEP 3
Take a small amount of embossing paste and mix it with the ink with a spatula.
STEP 4
Tape the stencil over the card panel, and with the spatula, spread the paste over the stencil.
STEP 5
Remove the stencil and sprinkle on glitter while the paste is still wet.
STEP 6
Let panel dry and adhere onto card base with pop up dots.
Using any color ink is a way to save money from buying colored embossing paste. You can even use silver, gold, or black ink! I love saving money with this fabulous hobby :)
See ya next month!
