Hello friends! Deepti here and welcome to my Spotlight feature. For this Spotlight post I decided to make a couple of clean and simple cards. Unique thing about these is that I have used a stamp for a purpose different from what it is intended. Let me show you...
Step 1 - I cut out two A2 panels from white card stock. I started out by stamping the solid image which actually is a snowman body but I used it as an organic shape.
Step 2 - I then stamped the silhouette floral images on these stamped solids by masking the lower edge.
Step 3 - For my second card, I stamped the solid shape on diagonally opposite corners. I then stamped the floral silhouette.
Finally I stamped the sentiment to complete my CAS cards. The Distress inks are deeper in color when you stamp but they dry lighter :)
Here is a closeup into my cards...
I have used
Layered Snowman and
Beautiful You
That finishes my spotlight feature :) I hope you enjoyed it and will give this a try.
Happy paper crafting!
Very pretty cards, Deepti. I don't have Layered Snowmen (yet!) but I do have 'Beautiful You' and always love to see inspiration with sets I have.
