{Spotlight Project} Easy Valentine's Day Cards with Deepti
Hello friends! Deepti here, wish you a very Happy New year and welcome to my first Spotlight feature for 2021. For this Spotlight post I decided to make Valentine's day cards. I think its a good idea to be up to date with the real life events just to feel a little festive :) I am seeing Valentine goodies all around and I had to make cards with a love theme. Let me show you...
Step 1 - I took two white panels and heat embossed the sentiments in gold.
Step 2 - I took one of the panel and masked the focal image with the heart mask. then inked the panel using Distress Oxide inks.
Step 4 - For my next panel, I followed the same masking technique, only here I inked directly through the hearts stencil and did not do layered inking.
It is fun working with Distress Oxide inks especially for layering inks :) Here is a close up into my cards...
