FAQ
A: Anyone with a mailing address anywhere in the world qualifies for the prizes. STAMPlorations also shoulders postage costs (tangible prizes). Your address must be a deliverable address, as prizes that get lost in the mail will not be replaced/re-sent.
A: If Mr. Random.org likes you and draws your name more than once, then yes, you can win more than once.
A: You've got 2 choices: (1) You can still choose from the bundle and then gift your prize to someone or (2) You can pick a different product whose (MSRP) value is the equivalent of the prize you won as long as it is in stock.
Q: I want to take advantage of the 60% discount but the bundle I want includes one or two products that I already own. Can I substitute other products?
A: Yes, you can. You can sub products as long as they are of the same type (e.g., a word die for another word die) and/or theme (e.g., a 3x5 coffee-themed stamp for another 3x5 coffee-themed stamp), and whose MSRP values are equal to or less than the products in the bundle (e.g., an $8 word die for another $8 or less word die). Simply email stamplorations@gmail.com once you confirm your order and let me know what products you want to substitute.
Q: I really would like to buy a bundle or two but can't right now. Any chance they'll be available after January 8?
A: Yes, but no longer at 60% off. Any remaining product bundles will be in the Bundles section of the store sometime this month and will be 50% off with no product substitution + shipping.
