June Challenge: Stamps & Borders

Welcome to the June challenge! We’d love it if you’ll join us for the entire month! Each month we have a theme, and for June, our theme is STAMPS & BORDERSYou can use stamps by other companies to create projects that you enter to our challenges, although if you have our stamps in your stash, we'd be tickled if you use them -- and we've tweaked the prize a bit to encourage you to use our stamps if you have them!

Put your own spin on this month's theme -- as long as you use stamps in your projects (as opposed to projects without stamping whatsoever) and they have a border or borders (stamped, die-cut, doodled, etc.) we'd love to see them!

PRIZE
Heads up! We're changing things up a bit starting with this challenge. The winner (as voted by the design team) receives 2 stamp sets of her choice if her project has STAMPlorations stamps in it. If there is no STAMPlorations stamp in the winning entry, the winner receives 1 stamp set of her choice. The other stamp set will go to a participant who used STAMPlorations stamps in her project. (Shery, owner of STAMPlorations, will be picking her favorite entry from among those that have STAMPlorations stamps.) The winner also gets to be a Guest Designer in our next monthly challenge. (Visit the shop to see the available stamp sets.)

A TWIST IN OUR CHALLENGES
Participate in all 3 challenges we host this month and you'll be in the running to win this prize package courtesy of our sister shop, All About Scrapping.

INSPIRATION PROJECTS
Our guest designer is Kimberley Makortoffwho was our April Challenge winner. Check out her blog to read more about her beautiful card.

"Hi there! My name is Kim Makortoff and I'm a stay-at-home-mom who stays sane by any means possible! That's how the name of my blog, Art Keeps Me Sane, came about. Arts and crafts have always been my go-to method of relaxing. If left to my own devices I'd probably go into my craft room and never come out! LOL! I lived and breathed art for four wonderful years getting my Fine Arts degree where I specialized in painting. When I worked, I had a tendency to take a job that had a creative side. Then I was sucked into the card-making world and have never looked backed. I've been lucky and honored to win some great challenges and be published in a paper crafting magazine. I'm so honored and happy to have been invited by STAMPlorations to guest design. Thank you STAMPlorations!  :-)"

And here are the projects that the STAMPlorations girls created. Clicking on our names will take you to our personal blogs where you can read more about how we created our projects. We hope they’ll inspire you and we're excited to see what you create!

Spammers have been in full force lately so I had to turn comment moderation on. We love hearing from fellow crafters (not spammers), so your comment will be approved as soon as possible. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with us :o)
