Happy Sunday, STAMPlorations friends! It's time for some stencil inspiration. You'll get to see projects that show off how to creatively use ARTplorations stencils. And each month, we'll pick one winner of a $15 gift code -- the winner will be drawn from all comments left on the Stencil Sunday posts for the month, as well as from the designers' blogs.
STAMPgirl Sue used a couple of techniques to create her CAS cards using one stencil.
Here's Sue with her projects:
Supplies used: Prim Triangles stencil, Choose Big - Say It Big Series
For my card, I applied alcohol ink on glossy cardstock. I removed some of the alcohol ink by applying alcohol lift ink onto the stencil, which was then placed onto the inked panel. The alcohol lift ink, "removes" the ink where it comes into contact with alcohol ink. In my case, it was the stencil. I stamped the big sentiment, trimmed the panel, matted with black and applied a few rhinestones to complete the card.

Supplies used: Prim Triangles stencil, New Day clear stickers
I used alcohol ink on a foil cardstock. I then used the stencil to dry emboss. I placed the shiny side of the foil cardstock against the stencil, added a few extra sheets of cardboard to create my "sandwich" for my BigShot. The open areas on the stencil are where the impressions are raised on the cardstock. I matted the panel with black and finished the card with a clear sticker.

Fun techniques to try with stencils, right? For a chance to win a $15 gift code to the STAMPlorations store, leave a comment here and on Sue's blog by February 8. We'll announce the winner in the January winners post on February 10.
