For her first project, Stephanie built a textured, urban-chic background using one of the sheets in Industrial Patchwork pack. This creates a high-contrast backdrop for her focal point—a beautiful, large floral image from the Color Me Blooms Spring Florals A2 card fronts. She colored the blooms in a striking magenta with soft yellow accents and added delicate splatters for extra interest. The card is finished with an empowering sentiment from Wonderful Life. 🌸👏

2️⃣ Patchwork Patterns & Heartfelt Courage 🎨💖

Stephanie carried the texture over to her second card, using the same Industrial Patchwork background, but framing it with a vibrant magenta card base that perfectly matches the focal point. For the central image, she used a floral element from the
Framed Flowers colorables pack, colored in coordinating magenta. This provides the perfect backdrop for the sentiment from Beautiful Courage. 🎨👌

🌸 Spring ATC Small-Format Inspiration with Chris🌸

We are back with more inspiration featuring our newest ATC Packs: Retro Femme, Color Me Spring, and Whimsical Homes. Today, Chris shows us how easily these tiny artist trading cards can be incorporated into stunning, fully realized card designs. 🎨✨

Let’s take a look at Chris’s gorgeous projects:

1️⃣ Retro Snark 🕶️💄

Chris began with a captivating portrait ATC from the Retro Femme pack. To frame the retro imagery, she used the crazy double running stitch die on vibrant red cardstock, layering it over a black mat. For the background, she stamped the large blossom sprays #1 directly onto the white card base, leaving it uncolored. The card is finished with the perfectly matched Some Snark sentiment: "I speak fluent sarcasm." 😂👏

2️⃣ Springtime Tulips 🌷☀️

For her second card, Chris focused on the lovely tulips ATC from the Color Me Spring pack. She built a detailed, textured background by layering a soft delicate links stencil pattern over the blue card base. She used the crazy double running stitch die again to create a crisp frame. The stamped sentiment, "YOUR Awesomeness OVERWHELMS ME," adds the perfect finishing touch! 🌷✨

3️⃣ Whimsical Circle Welcome 🏠☕

For her final card, Chris featured one of the charming structures from the Whimsical Homes ATC pack. She created a fun, repetitive background pattern using the circles all over texture plate. By simple-layering the colored ATC focal point, she let the texture shine. The card is completed with the welcoming and cozy "welcome" sentiment. 🏠🌈

Vicki doubled up on the floral fun for her second project! She used two different designs from the Color Me Spring ATC pack, layering them to create a vibrant, botanical-focused layout. To keep the focus on the beautiful spring imagery, she added a simple and sweet hugs word die sentiment. 🌸🙌

Retro Femme & A Bold Statement 👩‍🦱🌀

For her final card, Vicki showcased the Retro Femme ATC pack. She chose one of the stylish faces, die-cut it into a perfect circle, and layered it over a background created with the patches stencil. The card is finished with a scripty happy birthday die-cut sentiment, making for a sophisticated and timeless design. 🌿📜✨

SANNA

Sanna created a playful design with a softly stenciled background and two bright red, fussy-cut light bulbs. She added hand-drawn wires to make the bulbs appear as if they are hanging over a scattering of stamped hearts. The card is finished with a coordinating sentiment. 💡❤️✨

VICKI

Vicki used a sepia-toned sheet from the Botanical Beats collage paper pack for a warm, vintage background. She finished the card with a bold black "thanks" die-cut for a clean and focused look. 📜🌿✨

CRAFTYFIELD

Craftyfield created a traveler’s dream by coloring images from the Born To Roam stamp set and layering them over a vintage map background. She used the Basic A2 Panels Nesting Dies to cut the panel for a perfectly matted, dimensional look. 🗺️🎒✨

🌍 Wanderlust Found: Ina’s Vintage Voyage with Our New Collage Paper 📜✨

Are you ready to add a touch of travel, history, and "urban grunge" to your art? 🏗️ Ina has been exploring our brand new Wanderlust Wayside collage paper pack, and she has created a spectacular trio of cards that prove just how far these textures can take your creativity! 🎨 From intricate, multi-stamp interiors to dimensional die-cut frames, these papers are the perfect passport to inspiration. ✈️🗺️

Here’s a look at Ina’s vintage adventures:

The Journey to Paris & Stamped Surprise 🕰️🌸

Ina’s first card features a stunning sheet from the Wanderlust Wayside pack, dominated by the image of a vintage woman facing a collage of the Eiffel tower, map, butterfly, and vintage clock face. 🕰️ She kept the front relatively clean to showcase the pattern, adding a delicate sentiment from the Bloomful stamp set.

But the real "wanderlust" is inside! Surprise! Opening the card reveals a complex, "all-over" mixed-media masterpiece. 🏗️ Ina used a master mix of Dare Subway Art Builders (retired), Mixed Media Grunge, Mixed Media Elements, Scribbly Splattery Grunge, and Art Marks to create a rich, layered texture that feels like a travel-worn passport. 🖋️

The Framed Gentleman 🕵️‍♂️🧵

For her second card, Ina took that same powerful 5-stamp mixed-media mix and used it to stamp directly onto the card front to create a textured border. 🏗️ She then used the stitched nesting dies to create a clean, dimensional frame. The focal point is a sophisticated hand-cut gentleman, taken from one of the Wanderlust Wayside sheets and popped onto the frame with foam tape for incredible height. 📏 He is finished off with an uplifting sentiment. 🦋✨

Making Memories with Basic Panels 📸📏

Ina's final card is a study in structural, layered design. She used the basic A2 panels nesting dies to cut three distinct panels, creating a "card-on-card" dimensional look. 🏗️ This layout perfectly frames the rich textures of the collage paper. The simple, powerful phrase "make memories" anchors the theme of travel and nostalgia. 🗺️🙌

Jane took a piece of the Faded Botanicals paper—featuring beautiful floral imagery—and used it to add a sophisticated, "shabby-chic" layer to her coffee-themed card. The Gelli-Printed Butterfly Focal 🦋🌀

In this first project, Sanna used the fanned stencil on a gel plate to create some details. By layering the Ephemeral Edges paper into her print, she achieved a seamless, built-in texture. She then crowned the piece with the butterflies and a perfectly placed clear sticker sentiment. It’s the perfect mix of movement and modern design! ✨🏙️
