{FINAL DAY} January Stamps & Dies Release Week - CUTplorations Alpha and Numbers Plate Dies

Hey, awesome crafters! Welcome to DAY 5 -- the last day -- of the January Stamps & Dies Release Week! We've released FOUR new stamp sets by Shery (me), Shirley, Deepti, and Becca, as well as THREE alphabet and numbers plate dies in our CUTplorations line.

We featured my stamp set, Noteworthy 2, in our DAY 1 post; Shirley's stamp set, Fowl Play, in our DAY 2 post; Deepti's Just Because set in our DAY 3 post; and Becca's A Snarky Birthday to You set in our DAY 4 post. Today it's time to show off our 3 super fun CUTplorations plate dies! With our alphabet and number plate dies, it's easy to create custom sentiments. And because these dies are plate dies, you can have complete letter and number sets in one pass!

February Challenge - Theme and Sketch

Happy Friday, STAMPlorations friends! It's the first Friday of February which means the start of a new theme and/or sketch challenge here. Thank you to those of you who played in last month's challenge. We're going to announce the winner and top picks on Friday, February 10, together with all of last month's challenge and blog hop winners.

Just a heads up whether you're a new player or someone who's been playing in our challenges in a while now: we made a few changes to our challenge this year so please make sure to visit our updated Challenge Rules and Guidelines page so you're up to speed on the rules and the prizes.

Speaking of prizes...did you know that playing here or in our other challenges this month gives you a chance to win a $25 spending money to the store? We will randomly draw a winner from all the entries from 4 challenges (CAS Card Challenge, Mixed Media, CUTplorations, and this challenge) so the more you play, the better your odds are at scoring some spending money.

We'd love for you to create and link up your projects based on this month's theme, sketch, or both -- you've got the whole month of February to play :o)

Our theme is STAMPS & RETRO. It's easy to give projects that retro vibe. You can use colors reminiscent of the past or include retro or vintage images and elements. If you end up with a retro-inspired card that's also clean and simple, make sure to link it up to the February CAS Card Challenge.

Our CAS Card Challenge is pretty simple: it's straightforward anything CAS goes with the optional color twist. Create a clean and simple card with or without the color we've picked to include. For February, our optional color is hot pink. (You can use other colors.)
