Bi-Weekly Sketch Challenge #7

Welcome to our 7th bi-weekly sketch challenge! Here’s the sketch for this challenge. It’s open to interpretation. Feel free to change the orientation of the sketch, use different shapes, add other elements to suit the type of paper craft you’re making, and so on — just make sure the sketch is recognizable in your submission(s). You can use stamps by other companies to create projects that you enter to our challenges, although if you have STAMPlorations stamps in your stash, we'd be tickled if you use them!

PRIZE
The sketch challenges are sponsored by our sister shop, All About Scrapping. The winner gets to pick 3 DIGITAL products from the shop — any combination of printable sheetsPhotoshop templates, and digital paper packs. The winner will also be invited to be a Guest Designer in next month's sketch challenge.

A TWIST IN OUR CHALLENGES
Participate in all 3 challenges we host this month and you'll be in the running to win this prize package courtesy of our sister shop, All About Scrapping. Love washi tapes? We've got 6 rolls (10 meters per roll) of washi tape goodness this month. You know what to do! :o)

INSPIRATION PROJECTS
Our guest designer is Karenwho was our sketch challenge #4 winner.

Guest Designer
"Hi, my name is Karen and I live in Somerset, South West England. I've been paper crafting for about 12 or so years now and, with a friend, run a craft club with about 30 members. I love all aspects of crafting including watercolour painting, encaustic wax painting, free machine embroidery, needle felting with an embellisher, fabric box making – not really sure where the list ends! If I see something crafty I like then I normally have a go. I must admit to having a bit of a die habit--I love Memory Box and Poppy Stamps dies especially and have just one or two! I am on the design team of Addicted to CAS and am a member of the Christmas Card Club. I'm retired from my profession as college lecturer but act as Parish Clerk in our village and get quite heavily involved in village life. However, crafting is my first love and I'm always amazed at how generous crafting people are with sharing ideas and those little random acts of kindness. I'm so glad I belong to this great community of crafters."

And here are projects that the STAMPlorations design team created based on the sketch. We hope our projects inspire you and we're excited to see your interpretations!

  • You must use stamps (rubber, cling, clear, digi — from any company) in your creation(s).
  • Copy the link of your blog entry where you have your project posted and enter it to the linky found at the end of this post. Remember to link directly to your blog post, not just your blog URL. We’ll announce the winner and top picks on Sunday, March 16, here on the STAMPlorations™ blog and on the All About Scrapping page on Facebook. That’s it…we look forward to seeing what you create!

Spammers have been in full force lately so I had to turn comment moderation on. We love hearing from fellow crafters (not spammers), so your comment will be approved as soon as possible. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with us :o)
