Digital Wednesday | Colorful Blooms with Cupful of Blooms

Happy Wednesday, STAMPfriends! Today we're dipping into the STAMPlorations archives for a colorful dose of Digital Wednesday inspiration.

These two cheerful cards were created by former STAMPlorations designer Anila Dikay back in June 2019 using the Cupful of Blooms Digital Stamps - Set of 6. They're also a great reminder of what makes digital stamps so versatile: the same collection of images can be used in very different ways depending on how you print, color, and incorporate them into your design.

Creative Takeaway

One digital bundle, two different ways to create.

Anila's cards show one of the biggest advantages of working with digital stamps: you aren't limited to using the image exactly as it prints. On one card, she printed the image on watercolor paper, colored it with Zig markers, and fussy cut the blooms to create a dimensional floral arrangement. On the other, she colored the printed watercolor panel itself and let the flowers frame the open space.

Both approaches start with the same simple formula -- print + color + create -- but give you plenty of room to make the design your own.

Digital stamps are especially fun for experimenting because you can resize your images before printing, print several at once, or try different coloring mediums without ever changing the original design. And when you've found a digital image you love, you can come back to it again and again.

It's one of the reasons we love revisiting projects from the archives. Seven years later, these bright blooms still offer plenty of ideas worth trying today.

Discover What's Possible

If you haven't created with digital stamps in a while -- or you've never tried them before -- they're an easy way to add new images to your creative stash without waiting for anything to arrive in the mail. Download, print, color, and create whenever inspiration strikes.

And right now is a great time to explore them: all digital stamps in the store are instantly 30% off. No code needed. Pick your favorites, download them, and start creating right away.

And don't forget: you can make a digital image your own simply by changing the size, placement, coloring medium, or how you use it on your project.

Until next Digital Wednesday, happy creating!
