April Challenge Mid-Month Reminder - More Inspiration

Hey, everyone! Here's your mid-month reminder to play in the current Theme & Sketch Challenge. Our theme is STAMPS & WINGS. Think butterflies, birds, dragonflies, bugs, moths, fairies, flying lizards...basically anything that has wings! If you end up with a card that's also clean and simple, make sure to link it up to the April CAS Card Challenge. And hey -- in case you haven't heard...we've got a month-long Things with Wings Blog Hop & Linky Party so make sure you link up there as well for a shot at some fab new spring-themed stamps and dies :o)

{Spotlight Project} Seeing Things Differently with Deepti

Hello, friends! Deepti here and welcome to another spotlight feature. Today I am sharing how we can make use of our stamps differently. The flower that you see in my card is not a floral stamp but  a scribbled stamp from one of the mixed media stamp set in which I saw a floral petal :) 

April CAS Card Challenge Reminder

Hey, STAMPlorations friends! Here's to remind you that this month's CAS Card Challenge is in full swing. It's anything CAS goes with any pastel color as the optional color twist. And if you were inspired by our sketch and/or theme this month, make sure you link up your creation to to our April Monthly Theme and/or Sketch Challenge as well. If your card has diecuts, has a STAMPlorations product, and was inspired by the photo here, link it up in the April CUTplorations Challenge gallery. In case your card features wings (as in butterflies, birds, fairies, planes, bugs, angels, etc.), don't forget to link it up in our Things with Wings Spring Hop and Linky Party.  And lastly, if your card has STAMPlorations products (stamps, stencils, and/or dies) as the main attraction, link it up to our Never-Ending Anything Goes Challenge. {Spotlight Project} Becca Gets Messy with Oxides

I am still trying to figure out all the properties of my new Distress Oxide Inks. So far, I've discovered that I l-o-v-e the way they work on kraft cardstock. So I decided I wanted to try them on black cardstock.
