{Spotlight Project} Deepti Plays with Alphabet Stamps!

Hello, friends! Deepti here and welcome to another spotlight feature. Today I am sharing how to use your alphabet stamps to both build the background and as a focal image. So, here's a look into the finished card.

STEP 1
I started out by stamping thanks in grey ink on a grey card stock. Earlier I picked a lighter shade of grey which did not look so prominent, hence I changed it to a darker tone. So in some photos you will see a lighter background ;) The sentiment was stamped both vertically and horizontally.

STEP 2
Next I stamped the sentiment on a patterned paper and fussy cut each alphabet.

STEP 3
To add more interest, I stamped the rosebud and leaves around the focal "thanks| and also fussy cut them using the coordinating patterned paper.

STEP 4
Finally, I adhered it all together to make my card :)

Here's the finished closeup of the card :)

I have used Sketchy Alphabet, the February 2016 Stamp Club set and The Bee's Knees - Rosebuds.

That finishes my spotlight feature :) I hope you enjoyed it and will give this a try. Happy paper crafting!
