Here is a more detailed look:
My STAMPlorations teamie,
Monika and I are happy to share our November Christmas in the Air Feature Projects
. We hope our projects will inspire you to add to your Christmas Stash.
Instead of showing photos of the step by step process, I am sharing photos of the finished tags with the main supplies that I used.
I covered the 3" Tall Large 3mm MDF mug with Versamark and sprinkled with Distress Embossing Glaze: Vintage Photo and heat embossed for a beautiful shiny
dark brown tone.
Then stamped "Fa-La-La-La-Latte" poinsettia tag onto Strathmore MM paper and heat
embossed with clear EB Powder. Colored with Kuretake Gansi Tambi W/C paints and trimmed to fit mug.
Stamped and heat embossed sentiment from same stamp set. Attached poinsettias image and sentiment with Connect Glue to tag. Added ribbons and Done!
***********
I stamped the "Holiday Mocha Feels" coffee cup image, which includes the coffee beans and beautiful poinsettia Winter flowers with Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear eb powder onto Strathmore MM paper.
Next watercolored with the Kuretake paints. Stamped sentiment from same set, then fussy cut cup, saucer and flowers and attached to baltic wood bauble with Connect Glue. Added ribbon and Done!
***********
I covered "Christmas Bauble #1" with White Gesso. Let dry then Watercolored with Kuretake Gansi Tambi Metallic Gold paint the entire wood bauble. When dry stamped the poinsettia cup image using archival jet black ink using MISTI.
Watercolored with paints and when dry added Clear Sticker and Done!
I was very pleased with all 3 of my tags, which will be added to trays of cookies and could be used as ornaments for friends or family:-)
The new Christmas coffee sets images were the perfect size for all the tags.
Enjoy and we would love if you hopped along with us and added your comments.

Monika's Christmas Card's
Well, what can I say? The days are getting shorter around where I live, it's most certainly time to make some Christmas cards.
Today I'm sharing a couple of projects made for November's Christmas In The Air feature. In this special feature my teamie
Nancy and I are sharing a couple of Christmas projects each.
Both of today's cards are using backgrounds involving pigment powders to show off the new festive coffee themed stamp sets, Holiday Mocha Feels and Fa-la-la-la-latte.
My first card uses both sets in combination with the Confetti #1 Slimline Stencil.
Here it is ...
So how did it come together, probably easier than it looks. The speckled background was started off by sprinkling Golden Sands Infusion powder onto my craft mat, spritzing with water and mopping it up with a piece of card. I then added some stencilling (Confetti #1 Slimline Stencil) and stamping (Fa-la-la-la-latte stamp set) using Thé Izink ink before blending around the edges.
Next I stamped around the edges by only inking up the floral spray from the large coffee cup stamp (Holiday Mocha Feels).
TIP!: Using part of a larger focal point stamp in the background creates a cohesive look and helps you get more out of your stamps.
My focal image was coloured with metallic pencils and the sentiment stamped with Roasted Coffee and Red Brick Prism inks.

My next card uses the Fa-la-la-la-latte set in combination with a sentiment from the Christmas Sentiment Dies and one of the Bloomdala Bliss Festive Dies. Here it is ...
Inspiration for my card came from Christmas Markets and Mulled Wine or Glühwein as I would call it.
The background was created on photo paper/card using Violet and Sea green Brusho powder with a touch of Iridescent Gold SprinkleIT spritzed with water.
TIP!: Using photo paper/card give you this nice richly textured look and the colours keep more of their intensity once dried.
I really liked how the purple seemed to have an almost Christmas Tree shape.
Sadly, it was impossible to capture the beautiful shimmer on a good photo, but you'll be able to get a sense of it from the close-up below.
My image was coloured with a mix of watercolour, pencils and white gel pen, fuzzy cut and layered with a die-cut Bloomdala Bliss Festive shape. The sentiment was cut twice, once from Elegant Eggplant card and once from withe card before being layered. I finished my card off with some white stars from my stash.

Beautiful creations, y'all. Christmas projects are probably my favorite to create. If you're not ready by the day after Thanksgiving you could be in trouble. Especially with the way the mail is moving lately. [Bunny]
