I've made a little art panel based on the serpentine bench in Gaudí's Park Güell in Barcelona. As soon as I saw this photo on Pinterest, I wanted to re-create it using the Stitched Snow Hills die set.

{Spotlight Project} Monika Gets Inspired By Embroidery
Hello Crafty Friends! It's Monika here today showing you how I made a super quick embroidery inspired card using the Artsy Tribal Doodles set.
It all started off with me playing aimlessly with the stitched triangles using bright colours. Whilst my mind was wandering and wondering I must have been thinking how easy it would be to use stamps from the Artsy Tribal Doodles set as a base for simple stitch embroidery, something I must try for real one day.

{Spotlight Project} Maria Examines Inspiration - Part 1
For my October Spotlight project posts I thought I'd take you with me on my card creation journeys. With or without detours ;) Today's project started with this inspiration.
Hmmm, you ask? Well the first time I saw Artsy Tribal Doodles laying in front of me, I saw... ready for it ... lions' manes and snakes. I kinda figured Cornelia would do some googly eye art with them. But she didn't. So I did. Meet today's card.
