CASEplorations June

And before you know it, it's already June! Time for blossoming gardens (at least in my neck of the woods), summer vacations and Father's Day. And we've another installment of CASEplorations for you. Thanks for joining us!

June is certainly associated with weddings, so this month I (Maria) have chosen for CASEing a wedding card from blogland which filled my heart with joy when I first saw it. Are you ready? I'm guessing you may have seen this card out in blogland too. You've probably seen some of this lady's wonderful cards at Simon Says, Stamp Nation or CASual Fridays, or maybe you've been the recipient of a lovely comment from her. Or maybe you, like me, like to travel the world vicariously with her family ;) Our guest for June is the one and only Virginia Lu of Virginia's View Challenge fame!

And here is her card...

What's not to love? Vellum, gold embossing and thread, gorgeously colored blooms, the surprising touch of kraft and black and white stripes, those little vellum circles and sequins. And the gorgeous gray base. So much inspiration!

Now check out Virginia's light and airy CASE of her original card:

And the DT 's CASEs - you can learn more about how they approached their CASE by visiting their blogs.

So, let the CASEing begin! Remember, CASE means "copy and share everything." We take that to mean "notice the various elements of a card and then use some or all of them on a project of your own design."

Which card should you CASE? Well, that's up to you. You can CASE any of today's cards. Or any of the DT cards which will appear in the Inspiration Project Posts throughout the month of June. All we ask is that you tell us which card you are CASEing in your blog post.

Then link your project to the Inspiration CASE Playground gallery below by July 5th and you might be the lucky random winner who gets to choose either a $15 STAMPlorations gift certificate or two ARTplorations stencils as a prize. Maybe we'll even select your project for a future CASEplorations!
