{Spotlight Project} Cornelia Makes an Ombre Birthday Card

Hi, Cornelia here today. You all know that I love stencils. They are so easy to use, don't use up all your time and give you stunning results.

I decided to go for ombre and birthday.

Took some colored cardstock, swiped my embossing buddy over it and taped the stencil in place.

Directly applied Versamark.

Heat embossed it with gold WOW embossing powder.

Stamped the daisy on a piece of scrap cardstock and also heat embossed it in gold. Fussy cut it. It helps to draw out your cut line with pencil - makes for more even borders.

Sponged Memento Luxe inks onto the cardstock for the ombre look.

Added gold tape, a thin stripe of PP and the sentiment. Also added gold Stickles to the center of the daisy.

Hope you liked this! See you in next month!
