{Spotlight Project} Deepti Colors on Kraft!
STEP 1
I started out by die-cutting one edge of my kraft card stock with a border die. I also prepared the mask for the flower that I will use in this project. Then I heat embossed the flowers in white one after the other by simultaneous masking.
STEP 2
Then I stamped the leaves along surrounding the flowers using white pigment ink. This was also done by masking the flowers.
STEP 3
I colored the flowers with Sharpie markers, You can do the same using other markers. I picked Sharpie because they have really vibrant colors and my Spectrum Noir markers are all pastel colors :)
STEP 4
I then used a white gel pen to cover the errors I made in coloring the flowers, basically going over the embossed image outline. I also heat embossed the sentiment.
STEP 5
I adhered a text patterned paper on card base and added the kraft panel with some foam adhesive.

You have my attention using that newsprint background...I love it. The kraft and the flowers really make your card rock!!
