{Special Post} STAMPlorations at AAA Cards Challenge + A Giveaway

Hey, STAMPlorations friends! I'm popping by to share a few cards for the current challenge over at AAA Cards Challenge, where STAMPlorations is the sponsor! For the next couple of weeks, the challenge is to create a CAS card that's inspired by a TV show.

Let's see if you can guess the TV shows that inspired two of my cards. Guess one correctly for a chance to win one of the stamp sets I used. I'll randomly pick a winner from all the comments left with the correct answer(s). Comment by October 9 and find out if you're the lucky winner on October 10 in the September Winners post.

It was both fun and challenging trying to come up with cards and tie their designs with a TV show using the stamps I had on hand.

The hubby and I used to watch a lot of TV shows on Netflix before we had kids. Since Kathryn was born 3 years ago, we watch Netflix only after we've put our girls to bed -- if we happen to be awake at the same time and we're not too exhausted ;-)

Anyway, my first card's a real doozy...can you guess the TV show that inspired the design? The keyword here is beach. Did you guess Baywatch? Yep, that's right. Although I must admit I have never watched that show. I was a high school freshman when that show started and for some reason, the show just never appealed to me. But then when I was looking at my stamps, I was reminded of the show when I found Beach Vibes ;-)

Card #1
This card was inspired by Baywatch.

Okay, let's see if you can guess the TV shows that inspired my next two cards. I'm giving a couple of clues.

Card #2
Clue: This card was inspired by a TV show set in a fictional town in Maine, USA, for the first six seasons, with the series opener featuring the main character typing on an old typewriter. On its seventh season, the main character moved to New York City.
Prize: Hello You stamp set
Ingredients:

Card #2
Clue: This card was inspired by a period sitcom that focused on the lives of six teenage friends in a fictional town in Wisconsin during the 1970s.
Prize: Groovy Platform Shoes stamp set
Ingredients:

Many thanks to Jane and the AAA Card Challenge design team for having me and STAMPlorations for this challenge! Please head on over to the challenge blog and play :o)

And have you checked out our two blog hops? There are prizes up for grabs and they both end on October 5!

And last...we have a Christmas special sale where stamps and dies in the Christmas Thin Metal Dies and 2018 Christmas Release are 10% off automatically.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

I'm not very good with TV shows, but maybe Baywatch for the first card, Murder She Wrote and That 70's Show for the third one? I've never seen the 70's show, but it was the only show I could think of when I read your clues!
