Step 4 - To add color to the floral windows I decided to opt two methods... one was to simply add a colorful patterned paper and other was to add a watercolor wash background for the flowers and the leaves.

{Spotlight Project} Deepti Creates CAS Cards Using Intricate Floral Dies
Hello friends! Deepti here and welcome to my Spotlight feature. Today I am focusing on making use of the delicate floral dies. I have used them with some dimension and also shared two ways to add color to my designs. I had fun creating these :) Let me show you...
Step 1 - I took two white panels and figured out how I wanted my floral dies arranged and then I simply die cut the two panels in a combination of flowers and leaves.
Step 2 - Once my die cutting was done, I adhered a transparency as a backing for the negative space left from die cutting the panel.
Step 4 - To add color to the floral windows I decided to opt two methods... one was to simply add a colorful patterned paper and other was to add a watercolor wash background for the flowers and the leaves.
That finishes my spotlight feature :) I hope you enjoyed it and will give this a try.
