{MAY 2026 CHALLENGE} Anything Goes

Hey there, STAMPfriends! New month, new challenge! Time to kick off our May Anything Goes Challenge. The gallery last month had an incredible variety and creativity, and we can’t wait to see what you’ve been working on as we head into the heart of spring.

Winners will be revealed on the 10th, so mark your calendars and check back to see if you’ve won.

As the name suggests, anything goes for this challenge -- whether you’re making cards, mixed media pieces, art journal pages, or ATCs, we want to see it! This is the perfect time to experiment with that new technique you’ve been eyeing or to finally ink up those stamps that have been waiting on your desk. There are no limits, just pure creative freedom.

To get your inspiration flowing, the STAMPgirls have put together some stunning projects to share with you.

Before you link up your beautiful projects, though, please read our challenge rules.

* Each player may enter a maximum of 7 times. Any player who enters more than 7 times will not qualify for the prizes.

* If you use STAMPlorations exclusively (no stamps, dies, stencils, digis, stickers from other companies), then your project does not need to have any stamping on it to qualify. For example, you can enter a project wherein you used our cover plate die and word/phrase die.

Display the above challenge graphic if you are linking to a blog post. If you're linking from your Instagram, Facebook, or Flickr account, simply tag @stamplorations; no need to display the graphic.

The challenge is open until May 31, 11:59 pm Pacific time and the winners will be announced on June 10. Again, please read and follow our challenge rules if you want to qualify for the prizes.

Without further ado, here are the STAMPgirls with their projects for this month's challenge:

Sanna’s vibrant slimline card features a bold focal point from the Pop Art Faces card fronts, perfectly framed by the torn, textured look of Ephemeral Edges collage paper. She added an edgy, modern touch by stamping several sentiments and hashtags from Hello You and Party Time, creating a trendy and high-energy design that’s full of personality.

Jane’s cozy card features a soft, textured background created with the Coffee Cup stencil, providing a perfect base for the playful Doodled Coffee and Tea Colorables she colored and fussy-cut. To finish the design, she stamped two warm sentiments from Always Tea Time adding a purple glitter frame and a scattering of sequins for a touch of sparkle that makes the whole project feel like a welcoming invitation.

Vicki’s charming, minimalist card features a whimsical, long-legged bird from Fowl Play. She kept the design clean and focused by stamping the character in black ink on a crisp white card base, adding a simple pop of color to the bird's beak and wing. The playful "Hey chickie" sentiment is stamped perfectly underneath, creating a sweet and simple card that is sure to bring a smile to anyone's face.

CraftyField created this elegant card by layering a sheet of Faded Botanicals onto a vibrant green base cut with the basic A2 panels nesting dies. The soft, vintage floral imagery provides a beautiful backdrop for the bold "Wish Big" sentiment from Skinny Sentiments, which she die-cut in a matching green and finished with a black shadow layer for maximum impact. To complete the design, she added a few golden sequins in the corners, perfectly highlighting the warm tones in the botanical patterns.

Maria’s lovely kraft card features a charming floral basket focal point from Color Me Spring ATC, which she layered over a torn strip of Analog Grunge collage paper for an effortless mixed-media look. She added artistic texture with the black patterns onto the torn strip and finished the design with a crisp white "warmest regards" sentiment from Feathery and a tiny red heart for a perfect pop of color.

Monika’s bright and modern card features a bold focal point created by layering the Bloom Collage slimline stencil over a vibrant yellow sunburst design made with the Circles Flexi-Template. She added a crisp, professional finish by stamping the "thanks for all you do" sentiment from Thank You Coffee in black ink, perfectly positioned for a clean and cheery thank-you card.

Chris created this delightful, celebratory card by layering a variety of fun textures and playful elements. She used the Oh My Stars stencil to create a soft, cosmic background, which she framed perfectly with the textured edge of the Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Die. For the focal point, she combined adorable images and a "sweet wishes" sentiment from Sweet Cravings stamps & coordinating dies, coloring them in shades that pop against the clean white and pink card base for a truly sweet design.

Sue’s elegant card features a beautifully colored floral cluster from Blossom Sprays #3. She finished the design with a crisp "thinking of you" sentiment from Fond Expressions 2, perfectly positioned to complement the graceful curves of the flowers for a timeless and heartfelt look.

Shirley’s vibrant card showcases a beautifully colored bird focal point from Color Me Spring ATC, layered over a dynamic background featuring the Wavy Dots Slimline stencil. She added an artistic, edgy flair by incorporating the distressed patterns of Scribbly Splattery Grunge.
