{Mixed Media Tutorial} Spread Your Wings and Fly Away by Tanja

Hi there, it's Tanja here and I would like to show you how to create this Mixed Media Canvas. If you are interested in the products I used or other STAMPlorations, ARTplorations or CUTplorations products, I have a special treat for you: use the discount code STAMPGIRLTANJA and get 20% off on all stamps, stencils, and dies.

  • create a background using the Dirty Pour Technique on a piece of canvas - use three different colors of acrylic paint and white gesso
  • let this dry thoroughly - I left it overnight
  • cut out the CUTplorations Flutter Zen 1 from watercolor paper
  • color the butterfly with Distress Oxide Ink Wilted Violet and Distress Ink Dusty Concord
  • embellish the canvas with some Rub-Ons from the Remnant Rubs Botanical set

Have a wonderful day.

Hugs,
