{Mixed Media Tutorial} 1 Stencil, 3 Cards by Helen

Hello everyone... Helen is here. It is my first time posting a mixed media tutorial here on the STAMPlorations blog. Today, I have 3 mixed media CAS cards to share with you that I created only with 1 stencil.

On all these mixed media CAS cards, I also used some foil sheets and texture paste. This is going to be a pretty long one becuase we are going to make 3 cards!!!

Card #1

Add the Rosegarden ARTplorations Stencil on top of a piece of watercolor paper. Secure it with painter tape. Use the tape to mark the border on the card.

Add the texture paste on the stencil with craft knife.
Scrap of the extra from the stencil and remove the tape.
Wash the stencil right away under warm water.
The paste will dry in several minutes.
Scribble the Gelatos on the roses and leaves.
Wet finger with baby wipe and then blend the colors together.

Add double-sided tape on each side of the roses.
Add the Deco Foil Teal foil sheet on them, press it firmly but gently with bone folder.
Add some splatters with Fireworks! Sprays.
Stamp the sentiment from Heartfelt Thanks stamp set with VersaFine Clair Warm Breeze.
Add some Ranger Diamond Stickles Glitter Glue on the roses and leaves.
Add the finished panel on a black card base with adhesive glue.
Tie up some natural burlap twine on the side.

Card #2

On the second card, follow the steps to add the texture paste on watercolor paper
with Rosegarden ARTplorations Stencil. Let it completely dry.
Put a piece of Deco Foil Black Foil Sheet on the texture paste.
Put them in between foil carrier paper and run it through laminating machine.
Let it cool down and remove the foil.

Randomly stamp the script image from Mixed Media Grunge stamp set
with VersaMagic Cloud White Ink on top of the roses.
Spray the Mabaru Art Sprays on top of the roses and let it drip down.
Dry the panel completely with craft heater.
Stamp the sentiment from Fond Expressions Stamp Set with VersaFine Clair Nocturne.
Add the finished panel on the card base with adhesive glue.
Tie up some natural burlap twine to embellish the card.

Card #3

On the this third card, follow the steps to add the texture paste on watercolor paper
with Rosegarden ARTplorations Stencil. Let it completely dry.
Put a piece of Deco Foil Teal Foil Sheet on the texture paste.
Put them in between foil carrier paper and run it through laminating machince.
Let it cool down and remove the foil.
Spray the panel with some Marabu Art Spray with matching teal color.
Trim the finished panel to just the roses border.

Add some white pearl splatters directly on a black card using
Finetec Gold Metallic watercolor and waterbrush.
Dry it completely with craft heater.
Stamped the border image from the Mixed Media Elements stamp set
using the VersaMagic Cloud White Ink Pad.
Add the texture rose border panel on top of the card with adhesive glue.
Tie up some natural burlap twine around the card.
Stamp the sentiment from Fond Expressions stamp Set on a white cardstock
using VersaFine Clair Warm Breeze Ink Pad.
Trim it into sentiment banner and add on the card with 3D foam tape.
