{Spotlight Post} Shirley Mixes Bloomdala Stamps And Masks

Hi there!  I've been playing with Bloomdala Bliss stamps and Bloomdala Bliss masks, and I thought I'd try layering them.

I started off with the larger Bloomdala Bliss #11 Mask and some Distress inks.

Having sponged the flower, I added colour to the background, splattered it with water while shielding the flower area and blotted it dry.

I added a sentiment and mounted the panel onto my card.

Pink and yellow seem to be my go-to colours, so I tried a slightly different combination - Dried Marigold, Victorian Velvet and Mowed Lawn, although it turned out to be not very different at all - can't get out of the groove ;)

This time I used the smaller mask but the same stamp.

I think I prefer the yellow version - what about you?
